  • Q. I live outside the United Kingdom. May I participate in this offer?
    A. No. This website only allow UK residents to participate. Anyone living outside the UK may NOT join, or complete offers. Anyone who joins outside the UK and attempts to have a product delivered to a UK address is in violation of our terms & conditions.
  • Q. How does your website work?
    A. Getting your free item is simple:
    1. Join our website.
    2. Click and complete offers from our website.
    3. Refer at least 2 people who also create an account, and complete an offer.
  • Q. I still do not understand how to get my free gift. Please provide full details.
    A. It's easy to claim your free gift:

    1. Join our website.

    You create an account with our website by filling out the simple form on our main page. Give us your email address and create a password, and hit next. That’s it!

    2. Click and complete an online offer from our website.

    These are special online offers that our advertisers are offering, and can be found once your are logged into your account. You can complete the offers and get the points associated with that offer. Many are free and only take minutes to sign up for. You will also recieve the same points that any of your referred members earn (up to a maximum of 10 per referred member)

    You will receive credit for this offer, once you have completed all of the necessary steps, and we have received confirmation of credit from that offer provider.

    You can see the status of this credit on the “Gift Status” page of the website. You are also free to try more than two offers.

    3. Refer 2 people who also create an account, and complete an offer.

    You will need to refer new people to sign up with our website by having them click on your referral link. They must click that exact link in order for you to get credit. Once they have joined, they must also complete two online offers from their account. Once you have the appropriate number of referrals who completed an offer, and once you have accumulated sufficient points, you will then be eligible to receive your free gift.

  • Q. I have completed all of the requirements. Now what do I do?
    A. If you have completed all of the requirements, you will then need to request approval for your account to be reviewed, and your referrals and offer completions to be confirmed.

    Here are the steps that need to be completed:

    1. You have created an account, and completed an online offer, and your status shows this in your account.

    2. You have referred the minimum number of people who have also successfully completed at least two online offers.

    3. You have not attempted to fraud or abuse this site in any way, including not creating multiple accounts.

    If all of these requirements have been met, you will see a button on the “Gift Status” page, that says “Request Approval.” Click that button, and wait a few days so we may review your account. Once it has been approved, we will mail your iPod within 30 days.

• Referrals
  • Q. One of my referrals says they joined but not via my referral link
    A.Your referrals MUST join by clicking on your exact referral link, and then complete the sign up process entirely. If they did not click that link, and join, we cannot give you credit. Some applications strip out your referral link, and some people leave off the www for some reason. We also recommend using Internet Explorer 6.0+ as your browser.

    We CANNOT retroactively link up accounts after the fact, so if you didn't get credit for a referral, then we are sorry, but you will simply have to refer more people.

  • Q. One of my referrals has completed an offer but never received credit.
    A. We ask that anyone who has not received credit contact us directly via the contact section of our website. We cannot check on your referrals credit unless they themselves ask... and only if they have waited at least 15 days, and have completed the offer correctly. If none of your signed up referrals show credit for an offer, it could be because credit has simply not shown up yet. It can take more than 15 days for this process to happen, so please be patient.
